A pass grade in EC 1015 & EC 2015 (not mandatory)

SYLLABUS

This course includes the following modules:

MODULE 1 – Role of HR in the Corporate World

MODULE 2 – Preparing to enter the corporate world

MODULE 3 – Essential skills for success in the corporate world

These three modules are completed by 12 session collaboration with AHRP (Association of Human Resource Professionals, Sri Lanka.

ASSESSMENT

End of semester MCQ examination and an Assessment center (group Activities conducted by the Association of Human Resource Professionals, Sri Lanka.)
