Under the flagship of Higher Education for Twenty First Century (HETC) – Quality and Innovative Grant, Window 2 to enhance existing programs and develop new undergraduate programs, the Department of Physics introduced a new industry focused stream for the 4 year general degree program, IT & Electronics. This program expects to enhance IT and Electronics skills of undergraduates to provide greater opportunities for employment in industry, private and public sectors.

Entry requirements

A minimum overall GPA of 2.5 and minimum C grades for PH1021 and PH2021 course units taken within the first two years are required to be eligible for this program.

The student intake is limited to 20.
