Mini-course on Fuzzy Set Theory and Applications<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Organized by the Research and Development Center for Mathematical Modeling, Department of Mathematics, University of Colombo<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this workshop, basics of fuzzy set theory and related arithmetic will be discussed. In this regard, fuzzy system of equations, fuzzy eigenvalue problems and fuzzy differential equations will be introduced in brief. Further, few challenging interdisciplinary problems will be addressed in fuzzy uncertain scenarios. The target of the session is to meet the present and future needs for the interaction between various science and technology\/engineering areas on the one hand and different types of fuzzy computing on the other.<\/p>\n
