Dedicated time for your presentation is 10 minutes. There will be 5 minutes for the questions. Limit your slides to 10 – 12 and limit your presentation to 10 minutes.<\/p>\n

Guidelines for submitting pre-recorded videos<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

We kindly request every presenter to submit a pre-recorded video of your presentation, in the event of unforeseen technical issues. Please note that you are expected to present work in the live session and this is only a backup plan.<\/p>\n

Slide design<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

  1. The aspect ratio of your presentation should be 16:9<\/li>\n
  2. The minimum recommended font size is 20 points<\/li>\n
  3. Make sure not to use slide transitions and unnecessary animations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
