Abstract Submission
The organizing committee is pleased welcome abstracts from all areas of Data Science, including, but not limited to, the following conference tracks:
- Agentic AI in Practice
- Applications of Gen AI
- Accountable Autonomous Systems
- Sustainable Innovation with AI
- Computer Vision
- Safe and Secure LLMs
- Applications in Machine Learning & Deep Learning
- Ensemble Learning with Statistics & AI

Author Guidelines
- Authors are encouraged to submit original research contributions in relevant fields. All abstracts should be written in English.
- All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
- All submissions will be double-blind reviewed by the Program Committee based on technical quality, relevance to the conference tracks, originality, significance, and clarity.
- At least one author from each accepted paper must attend the conference to present the abstract. However, under exceptional circumstances, requests for virtual presentation may be considered upon formal request.
- The list of authors at the time of submission is final and cannot be changed.
- At least one author from each accepted paper must attend the conference to present the abstract.
- Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words and must be accompanied by an Extended Abstract for review purposes.
- Do not include author names, affiliations, or other identifying information in the abstract or extended abstract. Submissions containing such information will be desk-rejected.
