The submission of abstracts to ICDS 2021 is managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. The system gives the Author complete control over the submission. The Author can upload the abstract and check on the review status of the submission. 

1. If you do not have an EasyChair account, please set up an EasyChair Account by visiting https://easychair.org/account/signup
2. After creating an EasyCHair account, you can log in to ICDS 2021 simply by clicking on https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icds2021
3. After logging in to the EasyChair website for ICDS 2021, you may click on the “New Submission” link located in the top-left corner of the menu bar to submit an Abstract.
4. Fill out your abstract and keywords in the given box, select the related topics and upload the extended abstract without name and affiliation.
5. After submitting the abstract, email the duly filled “Declaration Form for Authors" to icds2021@sci.cmb.ac.lk
