Submission of Medical for the Semester II Examination.

In the event of your absence from the semester examination due to a medical illness, you must strictly follow Step 01 and Step 02. Following both steps is compulsory.

 Step 01 :    The relevant application form can be obtained from the Dean’s office and submit the duly filled application to the UMO along with the Medical Certificate.

Step 02 :   You should apply via the SIS for one week after the examination. 

• Failure to update the SIS will result in your medical certificate being treated as invalid.
• When you update the SIS, it must be appeared as “waiting for approval” until the medical certificate is recommended by CMO/MO & approved by the faculty board in May 2025.
