The Faculty of Science at the University of Colombo is pleased to announce the start of the first semester of the new Honors Degree Program in Biomolecular Science and Industrial Biotechnology. The commencement of this program marks a key milestone in the Leading University Project for International Cooperation (LUPIC). The program reflects the collaboration between the University of Colombo and Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) in South Korea, which was established under the LUPIC project. This program is designed to provide talented young Sri Lankan undergraduates with valuable exposure to academic and industry experts from South Korea. The program covers a wide range of modern scientific disciplines in biomolecular science and industrial biotechnology.
