Provision of Hostel Facilities for the Academic Year  2024/2025  

Hostel: No. 44, Polhengoda, Kalinga Mawatha, Colombo 05.

The list of first–year female students of the Faculty of Science who have qualified to receive permanent hostel facilities from the appeals for the academic year of 2024/2025 is attached herewith. These students have been assigned to the Kalinga Mawatha Hostel with effect from 17.08.2026. 

The letter required for hostel registration will be sent to you via email by the Student and Staff Affairs Division. The account number relevant for the payment of hostel fees can be obtained from the Sub-Warden of the hostel. 

Students who have been selected for hostel facilities are hereby informed to register at the hostel within the period from 17.08.2026 to 31.08.2026. 

Please note that hostel facilities of students who fail to register within the given period will be cancelled. 

Requests for hostel transfers will not be considered under any circumstances.
