Justin Samarasekera Award – 2025: Call for Applications
The above award will be made to the most outstanding student of the year who has graduated from the Faculty of Science.
In order to be considered for the award, a candidate should either be a student from 2020/2021 UGC intake (Special Degree / Four Year General Degree) or 2021/2022 UGC intake (General Degree) and have the following.
- Obtained a Degree with FIRST CLASS HONOURS &
- Made a considerable contribution to the student community while at the University.
Applicants are required to complete and submit the Self-Assessment Sheet along with their application.
Those who are interested in being considered for the above award, applications (hard copies) should be submitted according to the attached format to reach “Senior Assistant Registrar/ Faculty of Science” on or before 16.07.2026, 12.00 noon with documentary proof of his/her eligibility.
