Student Complaint Form – Commitment to a Safe Learning Environment

The Faculty of Science is committed to upholding a safe, respectful, and inclusive academic environment for all students. In line with this commitment, a Student Complaint Form has been developed specifically for newly enrolled students to confidentially report any form of harassment encountered within the Faculty.

This mechanism has been introduced to ensure that students have a secure and accessible platform to voice their concerns. The form is designed to protect the anonymity of the complainant; no personally identifiable information is recorded unless voluntarily provided. Students who wish to receive follow-up communication may choose to include their email address.

This initiative is part of the Faculty’s efforts to promote student well-being and to maintain a learning environment grounded in dignity, respect, and safety for every member of our academic community.
