FY 2026 Scholarship Program Details

The details of our proposal regarding the Scholarship Program FY 2026 (April 2026 to March 2027) are as follows:

1.  Name of the scholarship :   Mitsubishi UFJ Foundation Scholarship
2.  Total Amount of grant :  USD 8,400 
3.  Number of recipients :  7
4.  Amount per student :  USD 1,200
5.  Eligibility :  Sophomore (Second Year), Junior (Third Year) and Senior (Fourth Year) full-time undergraduate Students.
6.  Duration :  The scholarship is tenable for one year. However, depending on the student’s satisfactory progress and selection committee’s recommendation, it may be renewed for a second year.

Pro-Japan talents refer to students who demonstrate a strong interest in Japan through concrete actions, such as:

• Aspiring to work in Japan or for a Japanese company, or aiming to contribute to strengthening relations between their home country and Japan.
• Currently studying the Japanese language, Japanese studies, or fields such as Japanese culture, literature, and arts.
• Planning to study abroad in Japan for a master’s or doctoral program at a Japanese university.
