POST OF TEMPORARY RESEARCH ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

The Faculty of Medicine, University of Colombo is calling applications from qualified candidates for the above vacancy.

No of Vacancy – 01

Required Qualifications:

1. A Degree with specialisation in Molecular biology/ Microbiology from a recognized University.

OR

2. A General Degree with Molecular biology/ Microbiology as a subject from a recognized University.

Preference will be given to the candidate who possesses:

• Competence in molecular biology techniques (RT-PCR, conventional PCR, gel electrophoresis)
• Competence in ELISA techniques
• Good administrative and IT skills

SALARY AND OTHER CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT:

1. POST – TEMPORARY RESEARCH ASSISTANT (PART TIME)

• Salary / Stipend – will be made available strictly based on individual experience and work experience.
