Bursary offered by friends and former students of Prof. L.M.V. Tillekeratne for a student enrolled in the Faculty of Science.

We are pleased to inform the availability of Professor L.M.V. Tillekaratne Bursary for a second year student who is in the BSc degree program offered by the Faculty of Science. The bursary intended for a student with financial difficulties, is generously offered by friend and former students of Prof. L.M.V. Tillekeratne in honor of his service to the science Faculty of University of Colombo and its students.

Prof. Tillekeratne has been an outstanding teacher, a profound leader, a visionary, and an extraordinary mentor to many of us. Prof. Tilleleretne has dedicated his whole life to teaching, mentoring, and student welfare.

Through this bursary, we hope to continue Prof. Thillekeratne's legacy that has enable many science students to reach their full potential and to achieve success and happiness in their lives.
