Awareness session on "Fire Safety and Prevention"

An awareness session on “Fire Safety and Prevention" was held on 16th September 2022 at the ILC Seminar hall of the Faculty of Science successfully. The session was conducted by Mr. U.S. Kalansuriya, Station Officer – Training Section at C M C Fire Service Department.

This session was organized by the Non-academic Staff Development Committee of the Faculty of Science with the intention of educating its staff regarding fire safety and the fire precaution at the workplace. Several academic and non academic staff members participated in the event.

The Faculty highly appreciated the support extended by the Fire Department voluntarily
